Storage Tank Inspections - Fiberglass Fabrication and Quality Control

Installation Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QAQC)
We provide third party Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QAQC) inspections during the manufacturing and installation of fiberglass tank, vessels, piping and ductwork.

The photographs show segments of a project to inspect and oversee the installation of 10 field wrapped joints in an Arkansas facility. This included two 12 inch and eight 24 inch field wraps applied over a two day period. The butt field wraps followed the protocol specified in ASTM C-582 Standard specification for Contact-Molded Reinforced Thermosetting Plastic Laminates for Corrosion-Resistant Equipment and Hetron 992 resin.
